I am a size ten. I had a baby a year and a half ago, and I don't quite feel the old me has caught up with the new mommy me, which I have decide is ok. Nobody downgrades to the two year old model when they could get the latest and greatest, right?
I recently decided to only buy things if they are truly fabulous. Do the pants LOOK fabulous, as well as feel fabulous, besides being a good bargain. Nothing is a good enough bargain if you feel terrible (or even just blah) while wearing them, right?
Realize, that yes, it seems a bit shallow, BUT, if you feel like you're awesome, that's a step in the right direction.

The Start
Today I was walking down the street and happened to glimpse my image in a store window. I had a moment of thinking "Woa, that woman looks cool!" about a split second before realizing that it was me. Frankly, I seldom think of myself as "cool" or even as a "woman." Mostly I think I'm a nerdy girl, who gets by. I realized that I might not be the only woman who feels this way, so maybe there's a process of aligning our inward awkwardness with our outward awesomeness. Feel free to join on the journey, comment as needed, and work toward aligning into our true nature.
